THAT report HD-05-2026 regarding Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation's Request to Transfer Portion of 230 Niles Street, Wellington, Development Site be received; THAT Council delegate authority to the Chief Administrative Officer to execute an Agreement of Purchase and Sale for the purchase of the lands legally described as Lot 60 and Part of Lots 197 and 259 and Lane Lying North of Lots 255-260 Inclusive and Part of the Unopened street Lying North of Niles Street and West of Lot 260, identified as Part 1 on the attached Draft Reference Plan for the consideration of two dollars ($2.00); and THAT the Agreement of Purchase and Sale include a License Agreement for use of the transferred portion by The Prince Edward County Affordable Housing Corporation for construction staging, parking and a public walkway, related to the abutting Niles Street housing project, as more particularly described in Schedule B of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
