THAT Council designate the campaign to ensure continuity of PEFAC's operations at its current location a Project of Community Interest pursuant to FIN-08 Donations Policy, and that Council authorize the CAO and Director of Finance to execute an agreement with PEFAC in accordance with the Policy and Canada Revenue Agency guidelines.
