THAT the following motions in report DS-09-2026 be amended as follows: THAT Council direct staff to undertake a detailed condition assessment of the existing Picton and Wellington water treatment plants and waste water treatment plants, inclusive of modular solutions to verify current state conditions, confirm remaining useful life, and assess potential viability of rehabilitation and/or expansion; and, THAT Council direct staff to engage with the development community and public to obtain feedback on implications of adjustments to the utilized growth rate.
