THAT report FIN-18-2025 regarding the Final Asset Management Plan for Consolidated Core and Non-Core Assets be received; THAT Council adopt the Final Consolidated Asset Management Plan, available as Attachment 1 to this report, in accordance with Ontario Regulation 588/17; THAT Council endorse the establishment of a staff Asset Management Working Group to provide ongoing oversight, guidance, and monitoring the Asset Management Plan; THAT staff be directed to incorporate the Asset Management Plan into the annual Capital and Operating Budget processes to ensure that future investment decisions are aligned with the approved service levels, lifecycle strategies, and financial sustainability; and THAT staff be directed to provide annual progress reporting on the implementation of the Asset Management Plan and to bring forward an updated plan at least once every five years, in accordance with Ontario Regulation 588/17.
