THAT the foregoing motion be amended to add the following words to Clause 2: "and expanded to explore the development of a business-friendly "County pass" with the goal of supporting increased traffic to County-owned businesses". The vote was then taken on Motion CW-157-2025 as amended as follows: THAT report CSP-25-2025 regarding the Annual Economic Snapshot 2025 be received; THAT the proposed Terms of Reference for an Economic Development Working Group, available as Attachment 1 to this report, be approved and expanded to explore the development of a business-friendly "County pass" with the goal of supporting increased traffic to County-owned businesses; and THAT Council nominate up to two (2) Council members as representatives to the Economic Development Working Group. The Chair called for nominations for the Council representatives to the Economic Development Working Group. Councillor Grosso nominated Councillor Nieman. Councillor Nieman accepted the nomination.
