THAT Committee move into closed session to consider: (d) Labour relations or employee negotiations regarding employment agreements; Pursuant to section 239 (d) of the Municipal Act. Committee recessed at 3:32 p.m. and reconvened in closed session at 3:38 p.m. with all members present, save and except for Councillor Branderhorst, Councillor Roberts, Councillor Braney and Councillor Harrison. Motion CW-181-2025 was to receive a confidential report pertaining to labour relations or employee negotiations regarding employment agreements, and to direct staff to bring forward motions out into open session. Motion CW-182-2025 was a referral motion which was withdrawn. Motion CW-183-2025 was a motion to extend the meeting past three (3) hours in accordance with section 5.15. (1) of the Procedural By-Law. Motion CW-184-2025 was a motion to receive a verbal report pertaining to labour relations or employee negotiations regarding employment agreements. Motion CW-185-2025 was the motion to adjourn closed session and resume sitting in open session.
