THAT report RCF-06-2025 regarding the Wellington Town Hall Expression of Interest Outcome and Recommended Next Steps be received; THAT Council accept the Wellington Town Hall Foundation’s Expression of Interest proposal for the future use and stewardship of the Wellington Town Hall property; and THAT Council direct staff to work with the Wellington Town Hall Foundation to develop a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the terms, conditions, and a 12 to 24-month timeline for the phased transition of ownership and stewardship of the Wellington Town Hall, and to bring the Memorandum of Understanding back to Council for approval.
