THAT report RCF-06-2025 regarding the Wellington Town Hall Expression of Interest Outcome and Recommended Next Steps be received; THAT Council accept the Wellington Town Hall Foundation’s Expression of Interest proposal for the future use and stewardship of the Wellington Town Hall property; THAT Council direct staff to work with the Wellington Town Hall Foundation to develop a Memorandum of Understanding outlining the terms, conditions, and a 12-month timeline for the phased transition of ownership and stewardship of the Wellington Town Hall, for Council consideration. The Municipal Clerk provided procedural advice regarding Motion CW-195-2025 pertaining to declaring 246 Main Street, Wellington, Ontario (Wellington Town Hall) surplus. In accordance with section 12.3(3) of the Procedural By-Law, Motion 195-2025 was withdrawn by Councillor St-Jean and Councillor Braney.
