Comments From The Audience (On Items On The Agenda) 5.1 Gary Mooney spoke to item 6.3 Report of the Corporate and Legislative Services Department dated December 11, 2025 regarding 2026 Municipal Election Update (Use of Corporate Resources Policy and Restricted Acts of Council By-Law). He requested that given the low participation at the public meetings, the threshold required to make a referendum binding, the costs involved in engaging a third-party consultant, and the potential effect on communities of interest that the proposed question not be placed on the ballot.
