THAT report CSP-29-2025 regarding the Visit The County Financial Accountability and Relationship Agreement be received; THAT Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a three-year Financial Accountability and Relationship Agreement with Visit The County in a form satisfactory to the Municipal Lawyer, incorporating the material terms and conditions set out in the draft agreement attached to this agenda; and THAT a by-law, to authorize the execution of a Financial Accountability and Relationship Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and Visit The County, be approved at the next feasible Council meeting. 6.3 Report of the Corporate and Legislative Services Department dated December 11, 2025 regarding 2026 Municipal Election Update (Use of Corporate Resources Policy and Restricted Acts of Council By-Law)
