THAT report CSP-29-2025 regarding the Visit The County Financial Accountability and Relationship Agreement be received; THAT Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute a five-year Financial Accountability and Relationship Agreement with Visit The County in a form satisfactory to the Municipal Lawyer, incorporating the material terms and conditions set out in the draft agreement attached to this agenda; and THAT a by-law, to authorize the execution of a Financial Accountability and Relationship Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and Visit The County, be approved at the next feasible Council meeting. Prior to voting on Motion CW-203-2025, an Amending Motion was put forward.
