THAT Committee move into closed session to consider: • personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and labour relations or employee negotiations (staffing agreement matter) Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (d) of the Municipal Act. Motion CW-26-2026 was to receive a confidential verbal update pertaining to labour relations or employee negotiations regarding employment agreements. Motion CW-27-2026 was the motion to return to open session. The open session resumed at 2:57 p.m. with all members present save and except for Councillor Grosso, Councillor Pennell, Councillor Branderhorst, Councillor Roberts, and Councillor Harrison.
