Pursuant to Section 239 (3.1) of the Municipal Act. The meeting reconvened in open session at 10:29 a.m. with all members present save and except for Councillor MacNaughton, Councillor Prinzen, Councillor Pennell, Councillor Engesldorfer, and Councillor Branderhorst.
