THAT Council receive report CLS-06-2026; THAT a By-Law to Regulate Election signs in the Corporation of The County of Prince Edward (Election Sign By-Law) be approved and brought forward to the March 24, 2026 meeting of Council for enactment, as amended. 6.3 H.J. McFarland Memorial Home Update to Council A question and answer period ensued regarding: • the workforce framework; • how reliant is the Home on the use of agency staff; • the relationship with Family Council; • the fundraising efforts; • the high level of care; • the dementiABILITY program; and, • calculation of taxes and tariffs on the project, and seeking if funds can be returned.
