THAT Committee move into closed session to consider: • a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board (potential land transfer and surplus property) Pursuant to Section 239 (2) (c) of the Municipal Act. The meeting reconvened in open session at 3:15 p.m. with all members present save and except for Councillor Prinzen, Councillor Maynard, Councillor Engelsdorfer, and Councillor Branderhorst. Motion CW-45-2026 provided direction to staff regarding a surplus property and Motion CW-46-2025 provided direction to staff regarding a potential land transfer.
