THAT in accordance with Donations Policy FIN-08, Council declare the Community Centre at Macaulay Village Park by the Department of Illumination a Project of Community Interest for the purposes of receiving donations and issuing official donation receipts for income tax purposes; and THAT staff be directed to bring forward a partnership agreement with Department of Illumination, as the main project sponsor, for the purposes of executing the financial arrangements for the Project of Community Interest to the next feasible Council meeting for approval.
