THAT report OPS-13-2026 regarding a proposed Lease Agreement for Water Lot 1 be received; THAT Council approve the terms of the draft Lease Agreement and allow staff to proceed with finalizing the agreement, in accordance with the provisions of the Beach Management Agreement By-law 3043-2012; THAT a By-Law to approve the terms of the Lease and Operating Agreement between the Corporation of the County of Prince Edward and Casa Dea Finance Limited, for Water Lot 1, Picton Harbour, in accordance with the provisions of the Beach Management Agreement By-law 3043-2012, be brought forward to the April 7, 2026 Council meeting for enactment; and THAT a by-law to amend the 2026 Fees & Charges By-law 148-2025, to enact new charges for seasonal and transient slip rental rates including hydro and water services, be brought forward to the April 7, 2026 Council meeting for enactment. 6.3 Report of the Finance and I.T. Department dated March 26, 2026 regarding 2025 Statement of Remuneration and Expenses Paid to Members of Council and Municipal Appointees
