Comments From the Audience (On Items On The Agenda) 6.1 Karen Mouck provided a comment from the audience regarding item 7.2 Millennium Trail By-Law Update. She spoke to the efforts of the PEC Trails Committee in maintaining the trail, the need for enforcement mechanisms, and safety concerns on the use of dirtbikes and other motorized vehicles on the trail.
