THAT report CLS-12-2026 regarding Proposed Amendments to Noise By- Law 143-2022 be received; THAT a By-Law to Amend By-Law 143-2022, the Noise By-Law, be brought forward for enactment at the next feasible Council meeting; and THAT a By-Law to Amend Schedule "A" to By-Law 3167-2012, being a By- Law to Provide for the Delegation of Duties by Council to Municipal Employees, be brought forward for enactment at the next feasible Council meeting; and THAT the director of Corporate & Legislative Services come back to Council with ideas on how collaborate with Good Neighbours Together to explore potential improvements to the Noise By-Law.
