THAT Council direct staff to provide public notice of the live auction of the former Consecon Fire Hall, as soon as a live auction date is confirmed, in accordance with the Sale or Disposition of Municipal Lands Policy; THAT Council delegate authority to the Chief Administrative Officer and Municipal Clerk to enter into an Agreement of Purchase and Sale to divest of the former Consecon Fire Hall, 81 Main Street, Consecon by live auction; and, THAT Council direct staff to bring forward a By-law to authorize the sale of the former Consecon Fire Hall and ratify the Agreement of Purchase and Sale to the next feasible Council meeting following the auction.
